We've got a lot in common, you and I. We are adventurers, explorers, and seekers — searching for something more: something bigger, grander, and more beautiful than we’ve ever known before. My life and my work have been driven by this search for meaning.
I
began my career photographing my daughter, my family, and my close friends. During my learning years of consistent work, they taught me all about lighting, composition, I built my style through their support. But when it came time to embark on my shooting career, I yearned to create images with a deeper meaning—images without a shelf-life. Something more than a trendy glossy for a passing season. I wanted to capture the stories, moments, and feelings that endure.
For the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of documenting adventurous, exceptional couples, as they celebrate their marriage and take their relationships to deeper levels of commitment, exploration, and enduring love.
Working diligently seeking to balance the curated with the raw, and composed with the real. I'm there to tell the authentic story of a couple’s wedding day and the journey they took to get there.
Yes, I’m devoted to my art, but I value my client’s experience and the impact of my work above all. In a quest for photography with meaning, images that capture fleeting moments, and oft-forgotten details, the principles and practices I’ve developed for my signature wedding photography continues to reflect in my work with my portrait photography projects.
